How to do a County Search.

Use the interactive map to the left. By choosing a County, you will obtain a list of all major cities and villages in this county. Example : you want a list of all catherers subscribed in this county? Choose "Restaurants" in the Categories menu. You can go back to searching all of New Brunswick by submitting a search in the "Search" field.

How to subscribe to the Directory Section.

In this section you will be able to subscribe your business so it will show in the New Brunswick business directory, steps are easy.

• Choose the package type that best suits your needs.
• Enter the required information.
• Once you click on the submit button, look at your email inbox for a confirmation email, click on the validation link in the email to validate your subscription.
• Once your subscritpion is validated, you will need to create your business' profile  by clicking on the profile link while logged on the NB-Shopping site.
• On this page you will be able to modify your username, password, business categories and *keywords if available. It is strongly recommended that you include your business description in the fields for this purpose.
• Once your profile is updated, you will be able to add a business card in one or multiple counties by clicking on the add business card link.
• Follow the steps on screen.
• The photo field is to upload your business card or logo, click on the browse button and choose your business card in JPEG or GIF format.
• The "Show Google Maps" checkbox is used to show a link to Google's positioning system on your profile.
• Once the business card is added, you will get a link at the top of the page when logged in that will display "Checkout - XX,YZ $" click on this link to access NB-Shopping's secure section and make your payment.

 

To add an event for Non-Profit Organizations.

• Connect to your account.
• Click on the link " Add an event" in the left pane / on the page.
• Choose the activity date.
• Choose a title for your event.
• Enter event description.
• Add an image (optional)
• Click on the browse button and choose your picture in JPEG or GIF format.
• Please allow 12 to 24 hours befor the event is approved.

* Keywords : Used by NB-Shopping users to find businesses with the search engine.

Shopping NB.

In this section, you will be able to give, exchange, sell or look for a product or a service, rent a room, appartment or house, or signal lost or found objects.

• Simply choose the offer type.
• Choose the county where you would like to see your ad.
• Enter a brief description of your product or service.
• Your phone number is required in order for an interrested party to contact you.
• Email is strongly recommended but not required.
• The photo field is used to upload a picture related to your ad, click on the browse button and select your picture in JPEG or GIF format.

Your ad will be displayed for 3 days after approval, please allow 12-24 hours for approval of your ad.

How to Search in the Shopping section.

• To execute a more precise search, you only need to choose from the two drop down menus,
• the first is the type of offer or request,
• the second one is the region.

How to subscribe in the advertise section !

This section is for all advertisers who wish to reach our key customers, people using www.nb-shopping.com for over 10 years to find businesses in New Brunswick.

To become an advertiser :

• You need to complete the form.
• Check your email inbox to validate your email address!
• Once your email is validated,you will then be able to add a banner by clicking on the "Add a banner" link once logged in.
• On this page, you will be able to see the positionning of each type of bannerby clicking on the "Here" links in the standard advertising formats where the click price is shown.
• You are now a few steps away to become an advertiser on NB-Shopping.
• Chosse the ad format.
• Add a title to your ad(it will not be visible by users, but simply used to identify your ads)
• Link is mandatory so that users will be able to visit your website.
• The image field is used to upload your banner.(Your ad must be the same size as the displayed sizes for each standard advertising formats that we provide or it will automatically be resized.)
• Once the banner is approved by our team, you will be noticed via email.
• Please log on to your account to then add some credits to your ads account.
• Your transaction will be accepted automatically, if the transaction was to be rejected, your ad will be automatically deleted. You will then need to provide us with a new credit card number.

• The picture field is used to upload your photo. Click on the browse button and choose your picture in JPEG or GIF format.
• The email is mandatory.
• Web site is optional, but is a great way to get NB-Shopping users to visit your website.
• Description is also optional, but NB-Shopping users like to see where the photo was taken.
• Read the terms and conditions and if you accept, put a checkmark in the checkbox.
• Please allow 12 to 24 hours for approbation of the photo.
